Amara & Oscar Jewels reserves the right to reject returns if the item appears worn, altered, damaged due to misuse, or incomplete.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Return Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and approval. Approved refunds will be confirmed via email. The total time from return shipping to refund may take between 10–21 days depending on your location and carrier.

Do not return your order to the sender address. Once we approve your request, we will provide the correct return address via email.
6. Where to Return
All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in the country of origin. This address will be provided upon return approval. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to order a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases and offer a full refund or replacement depending on your preference and product availability.
9. Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving your returned item. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping fees and any delivery upgrades from the original order are non-refundable.
10. Refund Currency
Refunds are issued in the original currency used at the time of purchase. Amara & Oscar Jewels is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or international bank fees.
11. In-Transit Orders and Cancellations
Orders are processed through an automated system and ship quickly from our fulfillment center in Asia. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, please wait for delivery and initiate a return as outlined in this policy. If you anticipate returning an item, you may notify us in advance, but please wait for the parcel to arrive before proceeding.
12. Return Shipping Recommendations
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage for all returns. Amara & Oscar Jewels is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
13. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must email us a clear statement of your decision to cancel. The cancellation is effective once we receive the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
